This manual will assist the facility operators
and excavators in meeting the requirements of South Dakota Law Chapter
49-7A and Administrative Rules Article 20:25.

Electronic Ticketing
Two new electronic ticket requests have been introduced that replace IBIS and ONTRY.
- GeoRemote is a method to electronically enter tickets into South Dakota One Call while mapping your excavation work area. This is the same mapping used by the center to take location requests. A short training session is required to work with this system. Please complete this online demo. Ticket Search
Ticket Search allows Facility Operators and Excavators to review existing tickets by entering the ticket number or address and hitting enter. For assistance please contact Cindy Graham.
Mapping
Member Service Area Mapping (MSAM) is a tool used by South Dakota One Call members to manage their notification areas. MSAM eliminates the need for paper map redlining because members can now submit changes and updates to their service online. Only designated staff of the member utility can submit and request changes to their CDC area. Visit the MSAM Web site.
