  1.  SB 90 – Bar test survey – Revision to 49-7A-1 An Act to provide exception from one-call notification requirements to natural gas operators in emergency situations.
  2. SB 125 – Revision to  49-7A-12 An Act to revise certain provisions relating to violations associated with the statewide one-call notification system.  Complaint to be filed not later than ninety (90) days after discovery, but no more than one year after the date of the alleged violation.
  3. SB 104 – An Act to revise certain provisions regarding disclosure of public information and public meetings.
